Who we are

Ingeneerity LLC is a small company in Logan, Utah. We design most of our products ourselves, license a few designs from STLFlix, and 3D print everything in our own shop.

Orders and payment

You pay by card or PayPal at checkout, in US dollars. We collect sales tax where the law requires it, based on your shipping address, and checkout shows your total before you pay.

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We can cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock or we listed the wrong price.

Color and finish

We print in plastic, and each print comes out a little different. Color, texture and layer lines will vary from the photos, and screens show color differently than it prints.

Made-to-order items and custom work

Items with custom options, such as the Forge It Yourself color choices, are made after you order. They are paid in full at checkout and are final sale unless we made a mistake or the item has a defect.

Quoted custom work starts after you pay a 50% deposit. We bill materials at the amount we use and design time at the hours we spend. If the final cost will run more than 15% over the estimate, we stop and ask for your approval before going further. If you decline, you pay for the work completed to that point. If you send a logo, image or design for us to use, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and we can decline any order.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within the United States and use USPS for most orders. In-stock items ship within 5 business days. Backordered and made-to-order items show an estimated ship date on the product page. If that date changes, we will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund instead of waiting. If an order has items with different ship times, we ship everything together once the last item is ready. We split an order only if you ask, and each shipment then carries its own shipping charge. Checkout shows the shipping options and cost for your address.

Delivery dates are estimates. Once a package is with USPS, we cannot control delays. If tracking shows a package lost, email us and we will reship it.

Local pickup is available in Cache Valley. Checkout offers it when your address is in that area.

If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and the item and email us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on tracking.

Care and safe use

Keep products out of direct sunlight and out of places hotter than 100°F for extended periods. Keep small pieces away from small children. Sharp points can cause injury with enough force, so use each product as intended. Misuse can cause harm or damage.

Clean products with a dry or lightly damp rag. For stubborn dirt, a small amount of mild dish soap is fine. Wipe it off with a damp rag and dry the product. Use only cool or lukewarm water, and keep solvents and abrasive cleaners away from your products. Do not submerge products or run them under water. The exceptions are stickers, which are waterproof, and the Mist Dragon’s water reservoir, which you use as its instructions describe.

Our designs

Ingeneerity LLC or its owner created most designs on this site. STLFlix created the rest, and we print and sell those under a commercial license. You may not copy, scan or reproduce any of these designs to sell.

Liability

We make products for display and play. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the item, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Utah law governs these terms.

Changes and contact

We update these terms as the business changes, and the terms in effect on your order date apply to that order. These terms took effect on November 6, 2026. Send questions to [email protected].
