Ready to ship means we have it printed and on the shelf. Made to order means we print it after you order, so it takes longer to reach you. “On backorder” on a product page means the same thing as made to order. Custom color builds are always made to order.
Items marked Ready to ship go out within 2 business days. Made to order items depend on the product and on material availability. Email [email protected] and we will give you an estimate before you buy.
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat above 100°F, like a parked car. Keep small pieces away from small children. Dagger tips are pointed, so treat them as decor and dice storage, not toys.
Clean it with a dry or lightly damp rag. For stubborn dirt, a small amount of mild dish soap is fine. Wipe it off and dry it, and use only cool or lukewarm water. Do not submerge it or run it under water. Stickers are the exception because they are waterproof.
If it arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. For other problems, start a claim as described on the Shield Warranty page, which also lists what each product covers. Please do not send anything back until we approve it.
