Coverage
Krit Cit products are covered for:
Cracks & structural defects (normal use)
Failed magnets
Broken parts (not caused by misuse)
Maker mistakes — always covered
Sheath deformation from sun exposure — one-time coverage per product/order number
Accidental damage — one-time coverage per product/order number
Not Covered:
Products sold as “seconds”
Permanently attached parts on seconds
Normal wear & tear (scratches, scuffs, fading)
Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

Conditions
Receipt or order number required for all claims.
Products must follow care instructions listed on the Krit Cit website.
Claims may be denied if damage results from failure to follow instructions.
One-time coverage incidents are limited to one per product/order number.
Claims Process
How to Claim:
Submit via the Krit Cit website form or the provided email.
Evidence Required:
Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
Additional evidence may be requested.
Shipping & Returns:
If shipping is required: customer pays to send item to Krit Cit, Krit Cit covers return shipping.
If shipping is not required: a promo code equal to the current product value will be issued.
Response Time:
All claims are responded to within 5 business days.
Remedies
Approved claims may receive repair, replacement, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty on replacements applies only for maker mistakes; all other issues are warranty-free.
All decisions are final at Krit Cit’s discretion.
Limitations & Exclusions
Coverage is only for U.S. customers.
Krit Cit is not responsible for any losses, costs, or damages beyond repair, replacement, or credit (e.g., lost profits, missed events, emotional distress).
Products sold as “seconds” or permanently attached parts are never covered.
Extra Options
1. Extended Warranty:
Eligible products may receive additional coverage for a set period (e.g., extra 6 months or 1 year).
2. Satisfaction Guarantee / Goodwill Policy:
Krit Cit may offer one-time courtesy repair, replacement, or credit for issues not strictly covered (e.g., accidental damage, sun deformation).
Limited to one-time per product/order number, cannot be repeated.
